This will vary from person to
person and how well the Hair Extensions are cared for. We recommend that you
properly store your extensions in our atin storage bags to maintain their style, shape and bounce! Our Premium Synthetic Hair
Extensions are better suited for occasional or weekend wear, with a typical
lifespan of 2-3 months. With our 100% Human Hair, you can expect a greater
longevity, appropriate storage and aftercare will extend the lifespan of your
extensions.

Synthetic Hair - As our
extensions are made from a mono-fibre material, we advise against using any
hair dyes or toners, as this could damage the hair and is unlikely to take to
the fibres. Human Hair - our Extensions are made from 100% grade a remy Human
Hair, so you can apply hair dyes/toners to adjust the shade. However, in doing
so would be at your own risk and this would void the right to return (as we are
unable to guarantee any shade results from using these products).

All of our Hair
extensions and ponytails are super easy to apply, it literally takes less than
a few mins to achieve your ultimate hair goals! For application tips,
techniques and tricks - pop an email across to our hello@virgin-beauty.com and
our girls will be more than happy to assist you, we also feature tutorials
within many of our product descriptions.

All of our Synthetic
Hair Extensions are pre-styled and ready to wear for your convenience, however
if you wanted to tweak the style you can! Heat can be applied using
Straighteners up to 180 degrees. We don’t recommend using any heat styling tool
which exceed this temperature, as it will damage the delicate fibres. To curl
the hair, Ceramic Heated Rollers can be applied to small sections of the hair
extensions. Ensure that you leave these to set in the hair for around 30-45
mins (perfect to do whilst doing your make-up!) Once they have completely cooled,
gently remove the rollers from the hair to reveal soft, bouncy curls!

Absolutely! We have a few different
methods to ensure that you find your ideal shade first time.

Our team of Shade Matching Experts
are on hand from 9am-5pm daily to assist in finding your dreamy hair match! You
can find us on social, or pop an email across to us on hello@virgin-beauty.com, attaching some images of your hair taken
in natural daylight (no filters!) and they will do the rest!

We are unable to custom
trim the hair extensions unfortunately! However, if you find that the Hair
Extensions are a little too long - They can of course be trimmed shorter to
your desired length. We find that if you brush the hair extensions through and
lay them on a flat surface, by using a comb you can measure an equal length
across. You don't need to use professional hairdressing scissors if you don't
have these.A lot of our LullaBellz girls and customers trim their Hair
Extensions to achieve a much more natural looking length and finish. We also
find that by trimming the hair shorter, they appear much thicker at the ends
this way too!

All EU orders with Standard delivery (2-5 working days) for 10 EUR.

We accept all leading Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay and PayPal as payment methods. 

Thanks for shopping with us and for
being a Virgin Hair babe! Once your order has been successfully placed, you
will be given an order number which begins with #1000. A confirmation email
will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order
details. (Keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for this too, as sometimes the
email is sent here!) A further email will then be sent as soon as your pretty
parcel full of Virgin Haqir  goodies has
left our HQ and is whizzed on its way to you in the post! You may also receive
an email and/or text message from DHL with further details regarding your
delivery. Look out for a gorgeous pink package arriving!

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation page will be displayed which shows your order as successful. An email will then be sent which includes your order summary, payment and delivery details. Order confirmation emails are usually sent directly to your inbox, however sometimes these can filter into your junk/spam email folder - so it’s best to double-check here first!If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, this may be due to a typo error in your email address. Please reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help with this.

We’re
confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you decide
you no longer wish to keep your order – be sure to let our girls know ASAP via
hello@virgin-beauty.com and we can arrange for a cancellation and full refund
(providing your order has not already been dispatched).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which entails your order summary, shipping address, payment details and tracking info.You can copy and paste your tracking number on the relevant couriers website (GLS / DHL)  for delivery updates, depending on which shipping method you selected.

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and your location. 

Standard Delivery orders typically take between 2-5 working days to arrive, and Next Day Delivery is guaranteed (providing your order is placed before the 6pm/ 9pm Mon-Fri cut-off with Royal Mail and EVRi respectively).

 However, in the unlikely event that your order has still not arrived after 10 working days* - Please reach out to our Customer Care team onhello@virgin-beauty.comwho will be happy to look into this further for you.* Please note that this does not apply to International Delivery, which is an approx 5-10 working day service. Please allow a further few working days for any customs assessments to be undertaken.

We operate a speedy order
processing system to ensure that your parcel makes its way to you super
quickly! However, providing your order has not yet been processed or dispatched,
it may still be possible for us to amend this for you (colour amendments only).

this for you.

We do not offer exchanges; however, items can be returned to VIRGINHAIR within 15 days for a refund with the exception of our Hair Care Products. 

Hair Extensions must be unopened and unworn to qualify for a return. In order for a return to be authorised, Hair Extensions must be fully attached to the backboard packaging in which they arrived, with all original hygiene netting and tags fully intact. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email and carry out all necessary actions. Please note whilst we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible on arrival, this could take up to 20 working days.

Returns are processed in date order and so there is no way to locate or identify an individual return until this is processed by the Returns Team and scanned into the system. Once the return is processed and refund issued, you will be notified by email directly from our Returns Team.
